Our Doctors




Dr. White graduated from high school in rural Southern Colorado, and went on to graduate from Brigham Young University with both Bachelors and Masters Degrees with an emphasis in Reproductive Physiology. He received his DVM Degree from Colorado State University.
After graduating, he and his family moved to the Temecula Valley of Southern California in 1991. He ultimately bought Valley Veterinary Clinic in 1996, where he continues to practice at the present time.

In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, doing genealogy, and virtually all things with a BYU connection as well as the Denver Broncos. He and his wife reside in Murrieta, CA with their two dogs Baby and Brawny.




After attending high school, college and practicing for six years in Michigan, Dr. Worfel moved to California. He and his wife managed a veterinary practice in Escondido for eighteen years. He joined Dr. White at Valley Veterinary Clinic in 1997. His areas of special interest include soft tissue surgery and orthopedics. He annually attends in-depth educational courses for the development of the latest surgical techniques. Presently, Dr. Worfel serves on the Board of Directors in the Rancho Costal Humane Society in Encinitas California.


An avid bicyclist, he also enjoys skiing during the winter months when vacationing. He and his wife now live in Escondido with their two dogs Ricky an Ivy and their three cats, Robin, Dharma and Phoebe. 







Dr. Elliott earned her undergraduate degree from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkansas. She graduated May 2007 with a DVM Degree from Western University of Health Sciences as a member of the charter class of the College of Veterinary Medicine. Her medical interests include internal medicine, dermatology, ultrasound, and general surgery.

Her recreational interests include running, working with children, and swimming. In her spare time she loves spending time with her husband and two energetic children. She and her family are actively serving at their church. They share their home with three dogs and three cats.





Dr. Laxineta received her B.S. in Biology from UC Davis in 1977 and graduated from U.C. Davis Veterinary School in 1983. She is married to Marc, an equine veterinarian. They have lived in the Temecula Valley since 1985, where they have raised their three children who are presently all away at college.

Her hobbies include scuba diving, gardening, and volunteer puppy raising for Canine Companions for Independence. She has a special interest in emergency medicine. 




Dr. Brennan was born and raised in rural New York state and moved to California with her family in 1998. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from UC Santa Barbara in 1991. She then went on the receive her DVM degree from Colorado State University in 1998. After completing an internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery in San Diego, Dr. Brennan married her husband and they relocated to the Temecula Valley. Her medical interests include internal medicine, general surgery and emergency medicine.

In her free time, Dr. Brennan enjoys spending time with her husband, two young children and two very active dogs. She is active in her church and children's schools. Her hobbies are reading, training for triathlons, and scrapbooking.
